We’re delighted to share the results of this year’s Car Wash fundraiser — and what an amazing effort it has been from everyone involved!

Thanks to the incredible support from pupils, families and our wider school community, a brilliant £634.71 was raised through sponsorships. Every contribution will help support future PTA projects and experiences for our children, so thank you to everyone who took part, donated or helped spread the word.

It’s always wonderful to see our school community come together to support these events, and we’re so grateful for every family who got involved.

Looking Ahead: What’s Coming Up

We’ve got plenty happening over the next few months and would love to see as many people involved as possible.

Chase Park Community Fair

The PTA will be running a stall at the upcoming community fair, with games and activities as well as information about the Co-op Community Fund. If you’re attending, please come along and say hello!

Lads and Dads Shop – Wednesday 17th June

Following the success of our Mother’s and Others event, we’ll be hosting a special Lads and Dads shop in the same format — another lovely opportunity for children to choose gifts for the important people in their lives.

Dress Down Day – Friday 26th June

Children will be invited to enjoy a dress-down day in exchange for a tombola prize donation ahead of our Finish Line Fair.

Finish Line Fair – Monday 6th July

Our Finish Line Fair will take place after Sports Day and promises to be a fantastic way to celebrate the end of term together.

FriYAY Treats

After half term, we’re hoping to bring back our popular FriYAYs on sunny Fridays, with ice lollies and other treats available to buy to help raise additional funds.

Welcoming New Families

The PTA will also be attending the school evening for new Reception parents to help welcome families joining our school community.

Break the Rules Day

Our final event of the school year will be the ever-popular Break the Rules Day. We’re hoping to make this year’s event extra special, with some exciting ideas currently being discussed with school.

We’ll also be holding our PTA AGM soon, with the date to be confirmed.

Supporting the School

Mrs Green is currently developing plans for the outdoor areas, helping us identify future fundraising goals and projects we can work towards together.

We’re also excited that the new projector has now been installed and is hopefully making its debut in assembly this week. The screen has also arrived and is awaiting installation.
